Below is information and application for participating as a vendor at the 2021 VDUBS ON AUTO ALLEY SHOW AND STREET FESTIVAL

​

Saturday, MAY 1ST- 8 am to 3 pm

8TH AND BROADWAY, OKC, Oklahoma

​

We encourage VW and Automotive merchandise but it isn't mandatory.

​

WE DO NOT LIMIT THE NUMBER OF VENDORS PER KIND OF ITEMS SOLD.

​

Vendor area will be right around the car show area to help insure good traffic!

  1. Vendor check in/registration will begin at 7am and closes at 11am. Spots will be available first come, first served and by approval only. 
     

  2. The spots will be 10x10 in size for $25 per spot. If you need more than one spot, you will be charged for more than one spot based on space requested, which includes space for a truck, trailer or other vehicles that you request to remain in your booth. (OF COURSE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TIME AND SPACE TO UNLOAD BUT VEHICLES UNPAID FOR MUST BE MOVED FOLLOWING SET UP TIME)
     

  3. Show hours are 8am – 3pm rain or shine. Please do not pack up early.
     

  4. We ask that you bring weights for your tents to combat the Oklahoma wind and keep tents away from the show cars. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF A RUN AWAY TENT.
     

  5. We do not provide tables or chairs.
     

  6. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MORE INFORMATION BEFORE THE SHOW
